Your Complete Solution For A Flawless Bar Experience 

Every package includes the key elements needed to create a seamless and sophisticated bar experience, no matter your selection.
  • Non-Alcoholic mixers, fresh-pressed juices, house made syrups

  • Disposables: drinkware, cocktail napkins, and straws

  • 3M General Event & Liquor Liability Insurance

  • All necessary bar equipment: shakers, strainers, beer & wine keys, ice coolers/tubs.

  • Professional RBS certified bar staff

  • Ice, fresh garnishes, rims.

  • Personalized assistance with shopping list & curating cocktails for your needs.

  • Two and half hours set-up and clean-up

  • Do You Help Me With Ordering The Alcohol For The Day Of?
    Yes. We always provide you wish a shopping list for purchase quantities based on your final guest count and drink choices. We are also happy to pick-up any pre- ordered beverages from a local vendor for an additional fee.
  • Can We Decorate The Bar?
    We do have some decor we can provide- if you see something specific in our gallery please let us know. Of course if you have things you would like to add in order to match surrounding decor we will be happy to use that and match the aesthetic of your event!
  • Do You Provide The Alcohol?
    No, our packages do not include the selling of alcohol. The client must provide all alcohol products that will be served. We are able to provide everything else- including a custom shopping list for each clients specific needs.
  • How Much Do You Charge?
    We are proud to offer full transparency pricing. Please refer to our services tab, or inquire under get a quote for more specific needs.
  • Can You Set Up In Any Location?
    Almost. When booking our trailer we do need enough room for our truck and trailer to be able to pull in and park. It is our clients responsibility to ensure that there is enough room for us and that the venue will allow us to be parked on their property. We are happy to provide dimensions upon request.
  • Why Do We Charge A Service Fee?
    We apply a service fee to all events to help cover behind-the-scenes costs like staffing, setup, and breakdown, and coordination- basically, everything to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish. Here's how it works: 18% Service Fee is applied to all packages when a tip jar is allowed on the bar. 22% Gratuity is applied when a tip jar is not permitted. The tip jar gives guests a chance to show appreciation directly to the bar team. If we are unable to place a tip jar, we include higher gratuity to ensure our staff is still fairly compensated for their service.
  • Do Your Bartenders Check ID's?
    Absolutely! Even at private held events, we must abide by liquor laws. If someone appears under the age of 40, they will be asked for identification.
  • Is Electricity Required?
    When booking our horse trailer, yes a standard outlet must be accessible to plug into.
